Artist Lara Favaretto installing her artwork "Without Earth Under Foot" on the Marine Lake causeway in Weston-super-Mare. The artwork, which consisted of a constellation of phospherescent material embedded in the surface of the causeway, was part of The Wonders of Weston, a series of public artworks commissioned as part of the government's Sea Change programme.
